At Casepal, we strive to provide a seamless and valuable experience for all our users. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for Casepal’s subscription services.

1. General Refund Policy
Casepal operates on a subscription-based model, and users can choose from monthly or annual plans. Refunds are granted only under specific circumstances as outlined below.
- No Refunds for Used Periods: Casepal does not provide refunds for partially used billing cycles. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are considered only for:
- Billing errors resulting in overcharges.
- Duplicate payments due to technical issues.
- Service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours (excluding scheduled maintenance).
2. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
A. Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly plans are non-refundable once billed.
- If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle, but no partial refunds are issued.
B. Annual Subscriptions
- If you cancel an annual plan within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund, provided that:
- The account has not been actively used (e.g., lead management, case tracking).
- No data exports or API integrations have been made.
- After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for annual plans.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must:
- Contact Casepal Support at 📧 info@casepal.co.za within the eligible refund window.
- Provide your account details, payment reference, and reason for the refund request.
- Refund requests are processed within 7-14 business days upon approval.
4. Chargebacks & Disputed Payments
If you dispute a payment via your bank or payment provider (i.e., chargeback):
- Your Casepal account may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
- Casepal reserves the right to deny future services to users with disputed payments.
- If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, you remain liable for any unpaid amounts.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
- Casepal reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
- Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
- Continued use of Casepal after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
