  • Users must register an account to access Casepal services.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and must notify Casepal if there is any unauthorized access.
  • Casepal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Use of the Casepal Platform

  • Casepal is a legal practice management tool and does not provide legal advice.
  • Users may only use the platform for lawful, professional purposes.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities.
  • The following activities are strictly prohibited:
    • Using automation/bots to interact with the platform.
    • Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code.
    • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Casepal’s servers.
    • Violating data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

  • Casepal operates on a subscription-based model with different pricing plans.
  • Payments are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected plan.
  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
  • Casepal reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice to users.

5. Data Privacy & Security

  • Users retain ownership of the data stored on Casepal.
  • Casepal implements strong security measures to protect your data.
  • By using the platform, you consent to the processing and storage of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Casepal does not sell or share user data with third parties without consent.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All software, branding, and content on Casepal are protected by copyright laws.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or modify Casepal’s intellectual property without permission.
  • Casepal grants users a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for legal management.

7. Service Availability & Downtime

  • Casepal aims for 99.9% uptime, but occasional service interruptions may occur due to maintenance.
  • Casepal is not liable for losses due to downtime.
  • Users will be notified in advance of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Termination of Services

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time via account settings.
  • Casepal reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who:
    • Violate these Terms and Conditions.
    • Engage in fraudulent activity.
    • Fail to make payments for an active subscription.
  • Upon termination, user data may be retained for a limited period as required by law.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Casepal provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee legal outcomes or provide legal representation.
  • Casepal is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from platform use.

  • Casepal may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Users will be notified of major changes via email or platform alerts.
  • Continued use of Casepal after changes indicates acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
